The prices indicated are our fixed selling prices in euros, they are valid except for printing errors.
Change et numismatique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing on the catalog the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer
For the coins dating before 1500 and of a value higher than 3000 euros and for the coins dating between 1500 and 1922 and of a value higher than 15000 euros, an export certificate for cultural goods is required for shipment within Europe, outside of Europe an export license is required for shipment and an export license must be added to this document, which we must request after receipt of the payment and with the delivery address.
Shipping costs in France: 10€ by registered mail / offered for orders over 500€.
Foreign shipping costs : 15€ registered / offered from 1000€ of purchase.
For deliveries outside of France, any customs fees or local taxes, as well as the various declarations, remain the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.
For complex shipments outside the EEC (obtaining an export license) we must go through a customs forwarder and this may lead to additional costs depending on the amount and location of shipment
PayPal fees: 4 % / Order up to 1000 €.

The use of the site is free but for an order it is necessary that the User registers on the site, by filling the form provided for this purpose. The User must provide all the information marked. Any incomplete registration will not be validated.
New conditions of sale are imposed on us for the art market by our governing bodies LCB-FT (fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, and also we must implement measures to manage the freezing of assets)
For any purchase equal or superior to 10000 euro an identity document is obligatory and in case of usual purchase the customer passing in business relation we will be in the obligation to constitute a customer file which can entrain the request for additional documents
Payment
Payment at the order after confirmation of availability, shipment after total collection.
We accept, for France, check, bank transfer paypal +4% and cash on the spot according to the regulation in force maximum 1000 euro; for the foreigner, bank transfer, paypal +4% and cash 1000 euro for Europe and 15000 euro except cee with fiscal residence out of France
For payments by check, (for new customers) the shipment is made after collection, references of professionals to whom you have already ordered can reduce the delay
Stock exchange or investment currencies: payment only by bank transfer.
We no longer accept cash for the purchase and sale of gold coins and investment following the article of law 1112-6 of 29 July 2011.

In case of dispute, only the Court of Toulon will be competent.
Return
The items we sell are taken back and reimbursed if they are returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. The shipping costs incurred by the return will be charged to the buyer.
