123 Numismatique uses your personal data for the sole purpose of :

• allow the shipment, by e-mail or by post,
• allow the shipping and billing of orders to the address indicated by its customers.

With the exception of our host (USINASITES), only the manager and employees of 123 Numismatique have access to your personal data. 123 Numismatique commits itself never to communicate all or part of your personal data to any person external to 123 Numismatique, nor to a third company. 123 Numismatique also undertakes to put in place all the means at its disposal to protect your personal data against any form of damage, loss, misappropriation, intrusion, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to process your request. If there is no activity on our site, we will delete all data from your account after 5 years, or upon your request to our email address cheilan@123numismatique.com

In application of the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, you have the rights of consultation (art.34 to 38 of the law), of modification (art.36 of the law) and of suppression (art.26 of the law) of all personal data brought to the knowledge of 123 Numismatique.
